Each module is 1.5 hours long via Zoom and consists of:
Theory and experience sharing: I share theory and concrete examples and lessons from successful transformations.
Q&A: Get answers to your questions and discuss challenges directly.

About me - Johanna Belfrage
With over 20 years of experience as a leader in Tech and Product, I have built the conditions for organizations and teams to create innovative products and achieve their business goals – always with the customer in focus!
I was instrumental in Avanza's transformation to Empowered product teams already in 2017/2018 and have carried out the same change journey at Insurello, where we today see results in terms of profitability and more satisfied customers.
Inspiring and supporting others on their transformation journeys is something I find both rewarding and enjoyable. Over the years, I have shared my experiences and lessons with several organizations, and now I have created this course to help even more leaders succeed!

Questions and Answers
A product team that is empowered and responsible for making its own decisions on how best to achieve the company's goals. They have a clear understanding of user needs and business objectives and are given the freedom to experiment, collaborate, and solve problems in creative ways to deliver valuable products.
A stable internet connection, a functioning microphone and camera, and the latest version of Zoom installed.
You will receive a Zoom link via email well in advance of each module. The link will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find the email.
To participate:

If you don’t have Zoom installed, you’ll receive instructions on how to quickly download and join for free.
Make sure your microphone and camera are working before the course starts.
If you lose the link or have trouble connecting, don’t hesitate to reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
The course costs 8,950 SEK plus VAT.
Yes, there will be several interactive parts where you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
After each online module, a link to the recording will be emailed to participants and will be available throughout the course duration.
If you're unable to attend the entire course, you can transfer your spot to someone else. If you miss a module, you can watch the recording afterward.
Registration is binding, but you have the option to transfer your spot to a colleague or another participant if you are unable to attend. In that case, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than the day before the start of the course at johanna@johannabelfrage.se.
You can choose to pay by card (via Stripe) or by invoice.
Card payment: If you choose to pay by card or Klarna, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout to complete your payment immediately.
Invoice payment: Payment must be made within 10 days from the invoice date, but no later than before the course start. For late registrations close to the course start, a shorter payment period may apply.
Yes! This course is primarily designed for leaders in Sweden, but international participants are welcome if the time works for you.
Invoices are issued in SEK.
EU businesses: If you have a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies (no VAT added).
EU private individuals: Swedish VAT (25%) is included in the price.
Outside the EU: No VAT is added, but local tax regulations may apply.
Payment is made via invoice and include IBAN/BIC for international payments.
If you're outside Sweden, please ensure your bank supports international transfers.
